DXReadyHub provides enterprise digital transformation roadmapping, readiness diagnostics (DX Readiness Index, Culture Tax, MDM Maturity, eRFI), executive masterclasses (Academy), and solutions architecture consulting for institutional platforms.
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Frameworks
All diagnostic algorithms, scoring weights, the 5-Pillar Transformation Framework, Culture Tax calculation methodologies, and course materials are the proprietary intellectual property of DXReadyHub. Redistribution, decompilation, or unauthorized commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
User Obligations & Operational Integrity
Assessment Accuracy
Provide representative operational data for authentic diagnostic scoring.
Account Security
Safeguard issued credentials for corporate portals and academy dashboards.
Ethical Use
Do not inject malicious payloads or probe network infrastructure.
Advisory Scope & Limitation of Liability
Strategic Advisory Nature
Diagnostics and recommendations are strategic advisory tools. Transformation outcomes remain dependent on institutional execution, leadership ownership, and vendor management.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DXReadyHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from organizational change initiatives.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory international corporate law where cross-border delivery agreements apply.
